摘要
作者利用石蜡组织切片的HRP-SPA-GDN和HRP-SPA染色技术,对豚鼠胰腺生长抑素(somatostatin,SOM)和高血糖素(glucagon,Gluc)免疫反应细胞的分布及形态学作了初步观察。结果表明,SOM免疫反应细胞主要分布在胰岛的中央和周边部,而Gluc细胞则主要位于胰岛的周边部,胰岛内SOM免疫反应细胞形态各异,多数细胞伸出较长的细胞突起,而Gluc免疫反应细胞则形态均一,呈圆形或椭圆形。在胰外分泌部有散在分布的SOM阳性细胞,位于腺泡及导管上皮细胞间,或结缔组织中。在外分泌部木见到Gluc阳性细胞。
Morphology of somatostatin (SOM) and glucagon(Gluc) immunoreactive cells in the pancreas of guinea pig was investigated by means of HRP-SPA-GDN and HRP-SPA staining on paraffin sections. The results were as follows: intense SOM-like immunoreactivity is localized to the endocrine and exocrine pancreas. Positive cells exhibiting SOM-like immuno-reactivity are found in the center and periphery of the islets. The SOM-like immunoreactive substance is evenly distributed throughout the cytoplasm of these cells, but is faint in the nuclei. This type of cells occurs intercalated between acinar cells, as well as in the epithelium of ducts and in the connective tissue. The SOM immunoreactive cells in the islets show long slender apical processes. Intense Glu-like immunoreactivity is confined to the pancreatic islets, and the exocrine pancreas is not stained. The Glu-like immunoreactive cells are predominantly found in the periphery of the islets. These cells are identical in shape. The granules within these cells appear dark blue.
