摘要
论述了普通车床数控化改造中滚珠丝杠副的支承设计及预拉伸对进给系统传动精度和定位精度的影响,结合具体改装的CW6163车床实例,提出了采用双推”支承形式与丝杠的预拉伸相配合,可同时提高传动精度和定位精度,并获得较高的轴向刚度.
Thedesign of support with ball screw pair in the remake numerically controlled general lathe and the influence of pretension of ball screw pair on the transmission precision and positioning of feed system are discussed.In the remaking of CW6163 lathe,a supporting configuration composed of double and pretensioned screw is presented.Transmission preci-sion,positioning precision, and axial rigidity are,then,increased all together.
