摘要
新疆准噶尔、吐哈和塔里木油田及其石油化工基地，点多面广．水资源相对缺乏．生态环境脆弱．而石油工业迅速发展急待解决用水的问题．以此为研究目标，紧密结合“八·五”计划、“九·五”规划和2010年战略设想，从宏观上研究水资源合理开发布局．预测油气开发对水资源需求．保证程度，确定供水工程措施和规模，提出对策和建议．
The oilfields and petroleum-chemical bases are distributed widespreadly in the basins of Junggar, Tarim and Turpan-Hami, Xinjiang. However, the water resources here are relatively poor, and the ecological environment is quite fragile. Therefore, the urgent sug ject is to solvc the problem of water-supply for the rapid dcveolpment or petroleum industry in Xinjiang. Based dn a thoroughly study on the distribution, rational exploitation, management and requirement of water resourccs,, and in a combination with Eighth and Ninth Five-year Plan and a strategic assumption in 2010s in Xinjiang, some countermeasures and suggestions are presented for the water-supply for the development of petroleum industry.
