摘要
作者报告用超声雾化器吸入高渗盐水(HS)测定11例哮喘患者的气道高反应性。吸入HS浓度为NaCl 462~1231mmol/L,以FEV_1-PC_(20)作为气道反应性的判定指标。试验结果,11例哮喘患者中10例呈阳性反应,HS-PC_(20)为477~1037mmol/L。作者认为此法简易,敏感性较高,副作用小,便于临床应用。
We investigated nonspecific bronchial reactivity to inhaled aerosol hypertonic saline ( 462-1 23lmmol/L NaCl ) in asthmatics. The sensitivity to hypertonic saline was determined by PC20. Hyperosmotic challenge causes a 20% fall in FEV1 in 10 of 11 asthmatics(PC20-HS 477-1041 mmol/L) . The peak bronchoconstrictor effect of hypertonic saline inhalation occurred in 3 minutes and its mean duration was 75 minutes. The method used for this challenge is simple, rapid, safe and inexpensive, and it may provide a new means of diagnosing bronchial hyperreactivity .
