摘要
用X-射线衍射、SEM及EDAX方法研究了N-105合金在700℃,NaCO3和Na2O2沉积盐层中的高温氧化行为.结果表明,合金在NaNO3沉积盐层中的腐蚀比Na2O2沉积盐层中更为严重.
The effect of sodium nitrate (NaNO3) and sodium peroxide (Na2O2) deposits on the high temperature oxidation of Nimonic-105 (N-105) alloy at 700℃ has been studied for a period of 120 h in air. The alloy was more severely attacked by NaNO3 than by Na2O2 due to production of additional oxygen during fluxing reactions and evolution of nitrogenous gases. The scale morphologies were determined on the basis of X-ray Diffraction Analysis, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray Analysis(EDAX).
