铁在硫酸中腐蚀电位下的EIS及添加DDA和Cl^-的影响 被引量:8

THE EFFECTS OF INHIBITORS ON EIS OF IRON AT CORROSION POTENTIAL IN SULPHURIC ACID SOLUTION

摘要 利用交流阻抗技术和弱极化曲线拟合技术研究了工业纯铁在硫酸溶液及添加Cl-和十二烷基胺(DDA)溶液中的电化学阻抗谱及极化曲线。结果表明DDA在硫酸中缓蚀效应为覆盖效应。Cl-的加入提高了DDA对铁的缓蚀效率,但未改变DDA对铁的缓蚀机理。阻抗谱可用混合电位下的法拉第阻抗理论解释。 The Electrochemical Impedance Spectrum(EIS) of industrial pure iron at corrosion potential in 0. 5mol / L H2SO4 solution with and without addition of various concentrations of inhibitors were investigated. The results show that the EIS in the blank solution involves a capacitive are at high frequencise,a capadtive and a inductive arc at low frequencies. The feature of EIS in the solution with dodeylandne(DDA) is similar to that in the blank solution, while adding 0.1 mol/ LCl- into the solution the degenerates EIS to a single capacitive arc with much large poliarization resistance. The results also show that DDA in sulphuric acid is a covering effects and the EIS confirms the previously proposed theory of Faradaic admittance at mixed potential.
