摘要
建立描述心室压、主动脉压、心室射血量、主动脉容积与外周血流之间相互关系的数学模型。在微机上分别模拟不同程度主动脉瓣狭窄、动脉压变化、心室压及其变化率改变时对心室射血量等的影响,并进行定量分析。该模型可在计算机辅助教学中使用。
A mathematic model was constructed to describe the interactions between ventricular pressure,arterial pressure,arterial volume,peripheral blood flow,and ventricular ejection volume.The changes in ventricular ejection volume were simulated and quantitatively analysed while the resistance of valvular aortae was gradually increased,and when the rising rate of ventricular pressure was changed.This model may be used for computer-assisted instruction.
