新鲜蔬菜对小鼠抗氧化保健作用的观察

摘要 对给予芥蓝菜、灯笼椒和胡萝卜等新鲜菜汁灌胃3周的小鼠进行抗氧化及营养生理指标的观察。各蔬菜组小鼠的体重增加量、增长速度和肝脏指数明显高于对照组,肝匀浆LPO明显降低。提示蔬菜对实验动物的生理营养和抗氧化作用与其提供的营养素有关。 The physiological indexes of nutrition and biochemical indexes of antioxidation of the mice which had been fed with fresh vegetable juices of cabbage mustard,sweetball red peper or garden carrot respectively via mouth for 3 weeks were observed.Results showed that,in the groups supplemented with vegetables bodyweight gain and increase of hepatic index were significantly higher than those of control group,and the level of liver lipid peroxidation(LPO)was remarkably declined.These indicated that the effects of fresh vegetables on nutrition status and protection against oxidation in mice may be related to the supply of nutrients from these fresh vegetables.
