摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定兽医透皮吸收新型制剂盐酸环丙沙星搽剂中主要有效抗菌成分盐酸环丙沙星的含量，并用初均速法对该制剂的稳定性进行研究．结果表明，本制剂较稳定，盐酸环丙沙星分解的活化能为９２．９４ｋＪ·ｍｏｌ－１，室温（２５℃）贮存期为２．５ａ．
The ultra violet spectrophotometry was used for determining the content of ciprofloxain hydrochloride in the liniment, which is a new form of preparation used for veterinary medication via transdermal absorption, on its main antibiotic effectively component ciprofloxacin hydrochloride. The stability of ciprofloxacin hydrocholride was studied by using the initial average rate method.The rssulac showed that this preparation was rather stable,the shelflife of eiprofloxacin hydrochloride liniment at 25℃ was 2.5a;the activation energy obtatined was 92.9 KJ· mol-1.
