摘要
本文报道了香石竹玻璃苗发生原因的研究结果：①激素的种类和浓度显著影响玻璃苗发生频率；②琼脂浓度影响玻璃苗产生的比率；③外植体取材部位影响玻璃苗发生频率；④不适宜的培养条件会使玻璃苗叶绿体产生不可逆的变异。
This paper studied the occurrence of vitreous shoots in vitro vultures of Dianthus caryophyllus The researching results revealed that different kinds of hormones and it's different concentrations affected the percentage of vitreous shoots,and the different concentrations of agar also affeCted the percentage of vitreous shoots.In addition, different positions of shoot from which the explants derived caused different percentages of nitrification.Again,the further research indicated tha the chloroplast of vitreous shoots would produced irreversible variations under insatiable cultural condition.
