摘要
本文分析了21例胰腺癌本身特征性的CT所见和胰腺周围脏器侵犯的CT表现以及胆道系统受累的CT表现。对误诊病例进行了分析。本文CT定位诊断正确率95％,定性诊断正确率76.2％。
CT findings of 21 cases with pancreatic carcinoma were analyzed . Thehead of pancreas were affected in 74.4%. 90%of the mass were irregular in appearance. Most of the tumors were greater than 5cm in diameter . Peripancreatic fat planes obliteration is very common in CT findings, accounted for 19 cases The majority of cases were inoperable. Liver metastasis were found in 5 cases on operation, but only 2 found on CT scan , in the other 3 cases even after retrospective review of the CT scan liver metastasis was not found. The overall diagnostic accuracy on CT scan was 76- 2% and 3 cases with erronous diagnosis were discussed.
