摘要
豚鼠抗人AFP iRNA在体外能对抗人AFP对小鼠淋巴细胞MLR的抑制作用,其对抗效应随抑制程度的加深而增强。AFP特异性iRNA和抗体在小鼠体内均能对抗人AFP对PFC反应的抑制作用,但iRNA的对抗效应较抗体的对抗效应强,且与其注射时间呈负相关。iRNA的这两种对抗效应均对RNase敏感而耐受DNase和Pronase。
iRNA extracted from guinea pigs immunized with human AFP (hAFP) is found to be able to antagonize the inhibition of mixed lymphocyte reaction in mice by hAFP, and this antagonistic effect of iRNA is correlative to the inhibitory effect of hAFP. Both iRNA and AFP antisera can antagonize the suppression of PFC by hAFP in mice. However, the antagonism of iRNA is much stronger than that of antisera and is negatively related to the injection time of iRNA. The antagonism of iRNA is sensitive to RNase but not to DNase or pronase.
