摘要
研究了废涤纶料和异辛醇在催化剂作用下,一步合成新型增塑剂──对苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DOTP)的投料配比对产率、产品性能的影响.催化剂及其用量对反应速率的影响,经实验筛选出以钛酸四异丙酯及其复合催化剂,反应温度为210~220℃,原料配比废涤纶:异辛醇=1∶(2.8~3.2摩尔比)的最佳工艺条件.
The paper introduced the method of making use of wastepolyeste:rs and isooctyl alcohol with catalyzator, one--step syntnewplasticizer terephthalate diisooctyl ester(DOTP). epeat studies showeinfluences of put-in ratio on yield and products quality,and the influences e the kind of catalyzator and the quantity of catalyzator on reaction rate. es of Experiments screened ideal compound catalyzator and technological conditions.
