摘要
本文简要报道本室近年来在抗单纯疱疹病毒单克隆抗体研究方面的结果。①应用淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术,建立了18株稳定分泌抗单纯疱疹病毒单克降抗体的杂交瘤细胞系。②探讨了不同株单克隆抗体介导体外中和作用和动物体内保护作用的机制。③建立了应用单克隆抗体检测病毒抗原的方法。④应用型特异性和型共同性单克隆抗体对临床病毒分离株进行了病毒分型和抗原性分析。⑤应用单克隆抗体纯化了病毒的结构蛋白并对其特性做了鉴定。
The results of research work completed in recent years in the authors' laboratory with monoclonal antibodies against herpes simplex virus are reported in this paper as follows. (1) Eighteen hybridoma cell lines producing steadily monoclonal antibodies against herpes simples virus were established by lymphocyte hybridoma technic. (2) The mechanisms of neutralization in vitro and animal protection in vivo mediated by different monoclonal antibodies were investigated. (3) A method of detecting virus antigen was developed with the monoclonal antibodies. (4) The isolates were typed and antigen ically analysed dy type-specific and type-common monoclonal antibodies. (5) Yiral glycoproteins were purified and characterized with the monoclonal antibodies.
