探寻非牛顿粘度标准液的研究

摘要 文章介绍用旋转粘度计对乙烯与异戊间二烯的线性二元嵌段共聚的C_(11)—C_(13),直链烷烃溶液(简称SI溶液)及纤维素水溶液流变特性的研究,以探寻其作为非牛顿标准液的可能性,经研究得知,SI溶液是具有Bingham特性的液体,其屈服应力不随温度变化,但在某剪切速率下,其流动曲线出现有规律的平台段,对于这种流动特性,可以用一种新的本构方程及力学模型来描述,并给予可能的微观解释。对纤维素水溶液的实验研究得知,这种溶液是较典的假塑性流体,是较理想的非牛顿标准液的候选物。 The rheological properties of diblock copolymers of styrence and isoprene dissolved in n-paraffins and o-xy-lene(SI solution)and aqueous solution of cellulose are studied using rotating viscometer. The experimental results show that the SI solution is a liquid with Bingham Characteristic and its yield does not change with temperatures. But at certain shear rate, its flow curve exhibits a regular plateau. This fluid characteristic can be explained by a new constitutive equation and mechanical mode, and by a microscopic theory. The aqueous solution of cellulose is a typical pseudoplastic fluid. and may be a better candidate for Standard liquid of non -Newtonian viscosity.
