工业红外线微量水分析仪的SF_6标定法

摘要 水蒸气与SF_6在红外谱相同波数处具有相同的强吸收峰。根据这个特点,利用工业六氟化硫气配制一系列浓度的钢瓶标准气,按照实验得出的SF_6与H_2O浓度关系曲线,就可以代替标准水含量值,对工业红外线微量水分析仪进行实时标定,避免了直接配制标准水分钢瓶气的困难。该方法具有简捷、及时、准确等优点。 Standard cylinder gas of trac?water vapour is difficult to prpare.In order to meet the reqirement for in situ cal-ibration of industrial infrared trac?water analyzer , a new SF6 method is developed. Both water vapour and SF6 have strong absorption peak at the same wave number in infrarcd spectrum. According to this characteristic, industrial SF6 gas is used to prepare a series of standard cylinder gas with different concentrations. The working curves of water vapour and SFe obtained separately are integrated into one single diagram reflecting the reiationship between the concentrations of trace water vapour and SF6 gas. The reiationship curve thus can be used to replace standard trace water values for the real time calibration of instrument. The SF6 method is simple. rapid and accurate.
