摘要
本文利用壳聚糖的絮凝性质,将葡萄糖氧化酶包埋在壳聚糖与多聚磷酸盐的絮凝沉淀中,操作简单,固定化效率高。研究了适合于酶电极使用的最佳固定化条件。用这种固定化酶制备的酶电极,其响应不受金属离子的影响。电极的线性范围为1.0×10-~1.0×10-3mol/L,检测限2×10-6mol/L,响应时间2.0min,寿命达50天。
Glucose oxidase(GOD)was entraped in the flocculsting settling of chitosan and Sodium polyphosphate.The immobilization method is simple and highly efficient.The optimal conditions of entrapment were found by experiments.The electrode based on the immobilized GOD was not affected by metal ions.It behaves with a linear range of 1.0×10-5~1.0×10-3 mol/L,detection limit of 2×10-6mol/L,response time of 2.0 min and useful lifehme of 50 days.
