摘要
本文合成了五种不同Si/Fe比的Fe-ZSM-5分子筛,并进行了离子交换改性.XRD和IR谱测试均表明Fe进入了分子筛骨架.用连续流动法考察了反应温度、EB/O_2比对乙苯氧化脱氢活性的影响.结果表明,在823K和EB/O_2=1的条件下苯乙烯有最大收率.
Fe-ZSM-5 zeolites with various Si/Fe ratios have been synthesized and are modifid by means of ion exchange.XRD data and IR spectra indicate that Fe occupies the frame work site of the zeolites.Oxydehydrogenation of ethylbenzene(EB)is carried out in a continuous-flow microreactor.The effect of reaction temperature and EB/O_2 ratio on the catalytic activity was investigated in detail.The results show that ferrisilicates catalysts have the highest activity and selectivity for the oxydehydrogenation of EB to styrene when the EB/O_2 molar ratio is 1.0 at 823K.
