摘要
新鲜离体的同体同名牙8对,随机分为2组,1组用超声器械进行根管预备,另1组用手持器械进行根管预备。术后用扫描电镜对根管壁进行观察照像,将清洁度分为3级,盲评的结果经统计处理表明:超声处理组根管壁的清洁度高于对照组。另外,发现用超声器械进行根管预备节省时间。
Sixteen fresh extracted human teeth, which had been paired by their anatomic sites, were divided into two groups at random. The root canals of the teeth in Group 1 were prepared with an ultrasonic unit and those of Group 2 with hand instruments. Then, the specimens were observed under a scanning electron microscope and photographs were taken. Each canal was evaluated blindly for cleanness and scored by 1 to 3. Statistical analysis of the data indicates that the teeth of Group 1 have cleaner canal walls and the ultrasonic preparation does save time of the operation.
