摘要
应用扫描电镜观察牙本质内、外二层龋的特征相区别。外层龋的最外层为无定形结构,重度脱矿,胶原纤维溶解消失,存在大量球菌和杆菌;向内微生物数量减少,脱矿及胶原纤维溶解仍较明显。内层龋则轻度脱矿,未见溶解的胶原纤维,也无微生物,其下有钙化透明层。
Characteristics and difference of two layers of the carious dentin were observed by means of SEM. The superficial outer layer of carious dentin was highly demineralized, invaded by bacteria, and collagen fibers disappeared. In the deeper portion, the amount of bacteria decreased, but de mineralization, and dissolution of collagen fibers remained obvious. The deminer alization was less and no collagen fibers and bacteria were found in the inner layer. A transparent layer with calcification was found under it.
