摘要
文章深入浅出地介绍了EM 400电子显微镜成像透镜程序电路原理,扼要地阐述了M控制程序、地址编码器、放大倍数、相机长度/合铀、24×14矩阵等主要电路作用以及它们之间相互关系。
This paper presented the basic principle of program circuit of the imaging lenses for model-EM 400 electron microscope. The functions of some main circuits, such as M-control program, address decoder, magnification, camera length/alignment, 24×14 matrix and their mutual relations were also discussed.
