摘要
本文利用透射电镜对罗氏沼虾Macrobrachiumrosenbergii的一种有髓鞘神经纤维进行了观察。所研究的有髓鞘神经纤维直径6.43-16.00微米。髓鞘厚1.14-2.60微米。片层结构分为致密片层和疏松片层两部分。轴突直径为1.57-3.20微米。轴突膜形成嵴,伸进轴浆内。髓鞘包绕着一个明显的细胞核和轴突。核呈马蹄形,边缘核质电子密度大。在片层结构中,存在着一些高嗜锇性区域,为排列规则且明暗交替的片层组成。
Fine structures of myelinated nerve fiber of Macrobrachium rosenbergii were observed under electronic microscope.Myelinated nerve fibers were about 6.43-16μp in diameter and the sheaths of those fibers measured about l.14-2.6μm. Sheaths contained two parts:a loose part and tight part and there were nucleus and axons in the sheaths.Axons measured about 1.57-3.2μm.Axolemma formed cristas and protruded into the axoplasm.At the boarder of nucleus located electron-dense granules. High osmiophil lamellae structures were frequently found in the sheaths.
