摘要
在新一代炉膛火焰检测器中,相关火焰检测法是一种很有发展潜力的技术。它用相关原理可靠地检测出每一个锅炉煤粉燃烧器的火焰工况,并通过分布式微机系统实现相关火焰检测器的全数字化,还可以根据火焰检测器的指示指导燃烧调整,从而完全消除炉膛爆燃的可能性,使炉内燃烧更趋合理和有效。
Abstract The furnace flame correlation supervisory system, one among many ofthe new generation of flame supervisory systems, embodies a technique thathas the potential of further development. Making use of the theory of correlation, the state of combustion of each pulverized coal burner is reliably examined. With the help of distributed mini-computers, the correlation flame supervisor haS now been completely digitized. In addition, combustion may be adjustedaccording to the flame supervisor's indications and hereby the hazard of furnace explosion completely eliminated, while improving combustion and makingit more effective.
