摘要
在麻醉开胸狗,观察了阻断冠脉后血小板数量(PC)和平均血小扳容积(MPV)的变化。结果如下:急性心肌缺血早期,两者呈非线件反方向变化,PC减少,MPV增加(P>0.05);而由PC和MPV计算的衍生指标,血小板临界容积(Platelet-crit, PCT)则和PC改变呈良好相关性,PC减少,PCT也降低(P<0.01)。这些结果表明,心肌缺血时PC和MPV发生明显异常变化,PCT改变有助于证实这一点。
Changes of platelet count (PC) and mean platelet volume (MPV) were observed in anesthetized open-chest dogs after coronary occlusion. Results were as follows: There was an inverse, nonlinear relationship between PC and MPV, with no statistical difference (P>0.05) during early myocardial ischemia. However, a direct, linear relationship was suggested between platelet-crit (PCT) calculated by PC and MPV, and PC, with significant statistical difference (p<0.01). These results show that changes in PC and MPV during myocardial ischemia are obviously abnormal, and change in PCT is helpful to prove this phenomenon.
