摘要
对29流行性出血热患者真皮的小血管及肥大细胞脱粒现象进行了光镜和电镜观察。发现①小血管有炎细胞浸润,内皮细胞基莫分层,甚至内皮细胞坏死。②真皮肥大细胞脱粒现象比正常人明显。既表现有细胞溶解性脱粒,又表现有非溶解性脱粒,有些肥大细胞呈环死象征。
The dermal vessels and mast colls of 29 patients with epidemic hemor rhagic fever were observed by light and electron microscopy. The vessels showed slight to moderate vasculitis with splitting of the basement membrane and destruction of the endothelial cells. The mast cells had more degranulation than those of the control eases. Degraunlation, both lytic and non-lytic occurred, sometimes with the death of the mast cells.
