摘要
TTC法对黑穗醋栗初花期花粉生活力鉴定表明,6种供试材料花粉生活力表现出明显差异;离体培养试验表明,各供试材料在蔗糖的不同浓度培养基中萌发是不一致的,差异极显著.同时发现硼对花粉萌发影响很大;利用荧光显微镜技术,测定了不同传粉时间花粉在柱头上的萌发力.结果表明,体内萌发与离体萌发有相同规律,各试验材料萌发率之间的差异与以上试验结果一致.
Experiment by means of TTC method,indicated that pollen vital capacity of 6 varieties of black currant in early flowering stage are differentiated obviously.Experiment in vitro,showed that germinating alilities of all the 6 varieties cultivated in media with different concentrations of sucrose arc not uniform and differentiated significantly.Meantime it ie discovered that pollen germinating Is greatly ingflucnced by B.Using the fluoreseence microseopy teethonlogy,determined the germinating abilities of pollen grains which pollinated on the stigma not in same time,result showed that it is belong to the same pattern in vivo or in vitro,the difference of germination percentage issimitar with the above experimental results of every variety.
