摘要
采用了三维流函数法凸凹形辊棒材轧制过程的解析,得到了与平辊轧制时相同的效果.可通过参变角度θ的变化来解析多辊轧制问题,也可通过参变角度α*和半径ρ*的变化,计算不同凸凹度辊的解析,使这种方法具有非常大地泛用性.
Trioxial fluxional function is applied to the analysis of the rolling process of bars/wires with special crowned/concave rolls, by which a result is obtained as the same one from flat rolling. The method is also available to analyse the multi-roll rolling process through changing the parametric variable angle θ, as well as the calculation of the shape of various special rolls by changing the parametric variable angle and the radius ρ. So, it is widely applicable.
