管流与环缝入流的管内合流特性──等温速度场实验研究

摘要 针对带有环缝入流的管式反应装置,建立了等温物理模型.以两种大密度差介质模拟管内合流过程,在改变人口几何条件和初始条件的情况下,使用X型探头热线风速仪,实测速度分布,确立了合流流动特性;两流动量相交,造成紊乱的初始截面速度分布,并经迅速均匀化的初始段,向正常管流缓慢过渡;两流动量比和环缝入流角度是影响初始截面速度分布状态的主要因素.给出了合流流动模式. An isothermal model was develo ̄ physically for tubular reactors in which a now is confluence with incoming now from circular chinks. The confluence characteristics of tubular now with incomingflow from circular chinks were found under conditions that both flows used for simulation in tube were greatly different in density and that the velocity distributions were measured by a hot-wire ancometer with x-typesensor which was applied to those intakes different in geometric and initial conditions, It was revealed thatthe velocity distribution presents initially a disordered profile due to the two intersecting flows and,after arapid blending process, it transits slowly to a normal tubular now. In this respect,the momentum ratio of thetwo nows and the incoming angle are main innuencing factors on initial velocity distribution. A confluencenow pattern was thus given.
