含FeO熔渣还原过程起泡行为研究 被引量:1

Foaming Behavior of Molten Slags Containing FeO in Its Reduction Process

摘要 在1440~1530℃,通过X射线装置观测了石墨还原CaO-SiO2-Al2O3FeO熔渣(CaO/SiO2=0.75~1.5)中FeO反应过程中渣的起泡行为,测定了熔渣的起泡指数和起泡率等参数.结果表明,熔渣的起泡率随熔渣中FeO的初始含量及熔渣碱度的升高而增大.渣中FeO初始含量为6%~15%范围内,熔渣的起泡指数基本不变,随渣碱度的升高,起泡指数下降.此外,随温度的升高,渣的起泡指数下降. The measurement of slag foaminess in terms of foaming ratio and foaming index was quantitatively studied for CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-FeO slag system reduced by graphite crucible at the temperature range of1440-1530C with the help of X-ray apparatus. It was found that the foaming ratio of molten slag increaseswith initial FeO content and slag basicity,while the foaming index is independent of initial FeO content anddecreases with increasing slag basicity and temperature.
