摘要
在介绍符合定义的求解轴线直线度误差数学模型的基础上,着重对此方法进行了仿真分析,研究了安装误差、测量系统中测头的直行运动误差及其对仪器回转轴线的平行度误差等对轴线直线度误差测量结果的影响.文中建立的数学模型和仿真研究得出的结论为研制轴线直线度误差测量仪和在线测量系统打下了理论基础.
Based on the mathematical models of axis straightness error in terms of its definition and laying stress on the theoritical analysis and analytic evaluation,a computer imitation is conducted to analyze the influence of systematic errors including errors due to eccentricity and tilt,straightness error of guideway and parallelism error relative to rotation axis of instrument on the measurement of axis straightness error. The mathematical models developed and imitation results can lay a theoritical foundation for developing the instrument and system to measure the axis straightness error.
