摘要
介绍一种保留皮下脂肪组织,在浅筋膜表面植皮的浅切痂手术力法。用于35例患者,效果满意。丧明此法术后功能恢复早,晚期外形好。对功能部位的浅Ⅲ°烧伤区施行保留浅筋膜层切痂植皮,是一种值得考虑的手术方法。
The covering of the wound remained after excision of the eschars for deep burns by grafting on the deep fascia make the limbs loss it's normal plump figure aad decrease the elasticity and softness of the skin. The rehabilitation of the limbs, especially the hands or feet often take a long period. The authors introduced a new surgical procedure: the healthy subcutaneous tissues were retained using the so-called 'superficial excision of the eschar' and grafting on the superficial fascia. Thirty-five cases were treated by described method and results were satisfactory. It is beneficial to the function rehabilitation and maintaining rather well limbs figure.
