摘要
本文就工业窑炉微机温度控制中引入积分分离式的PID调节进行了分析研究.介绍了系统结构框图、被控对象的数学模型、控制算法的实现和系统软件设计.测试结果表明;该系统控制过程平稳,无振荡,响应特性明显优于常规仪表,且操作简便.
An analysis and research is given on micro-computertemperature controlling system for industrial kilns with integral splitting PID regulation. In the context .the structureblock diagram,the math. model of the controlled object,therealization of control algorithm and system software designare covered. The testing results prove that this system has asmooth control process without oscillation, and a better response characteristics t ban conventional lust ru bent in addition to easy operation.
