Microstructure of interface in C/Mg Metal Matrix Composite

摘要 碳纤维增强镁基混杂复合材料,用压力浸渍法制造时,碳与镁不发生化学反应,二者可以很好浸润,无须涂层处理,即可得到结合良好的材料。这种工艺得到一种由细小晶粒组成的界面层,界面层处晶粒分别在纤维表面和纤维间形核长大。这种形貌有利于应力的释放和界面结合。其形成原因与纤维表面状况、基体合金成分以及浸渍工艺有关。界面处铝元素的富集被观察到。有少量Mg_(17)Al_(12)相存在于界面处和基体中。 Good wettability in carbon fiber reinforced Mg matrix composite was obtained by pressure infilttration cast-ing technology.No reaction betweenC/Mg was found and any coating treatment is not necessary. An apparent inteface layer composed Of fine grains were observed.The grains nucleation and growth occured in interfiber space or on fiber surface,The mophology was thought to be benefite for stress release and interface bonding. This may be related to the surface condition of fiber、matrix composition and the infiltration technology em-ployed.Al segregation in interface was obvious. Some Mg_(17)Al_(12) particals were observed in interface and matrix.
