摘要
摆动式燃烧器可方便地调节过热汽温和再热汽温,因此在大容量电站锅炉中得到广泛应用。运行实践证明,当燃烧器摆角改变时。炉内空气动力特性、炉膛出口残余扭转.炉内洁渣等发生变化;且大角度下摆时,引起冷灰斗内严重结渣,为了研究燃烧器摆角改变时的变化规律,在冷模试验台上进行一系列的试验研究。试验结果供相关部门参考。
The paper gave experiment results on a boiler with tilt burner based on scale 1: 15 in cold condition and analyzed some influences of tilt angles on thermal properties in furnace.steam temperature deviation and superheating on the screen as well as slagging in the cold ashpits.
