摘要
本文用10、12、15、20W Nd∶YAG激光分别照射12只正常家兔的脑、心、肝、肾区皮肤光照后5h内取相应脏器作组织病理学切片,光镜观察。结果表明:10W照射组,其脑、心、肝、肾所受间接辐射的损伤均不明显;12W照射组,其损伤也不甚明显,仅表现蛛网膜充血,脑组织轻微水肿,心肌细胞浊肿,肝细胞排列紊乱,肝窦变窄;15、20W组,各脏器均受到程度不同的损伤,尤以20W组损伤严重,脑组织出血、坏死,部分脑组织碎裂,多种炎细胞浸润,神经细胞及胶质细胞退变。心肌纤维呈波浪状改变,横纹消失,部分肌纤维断裂,间质血管扩张、充血。肝脏出现局限性、凝固性坏死区,嗜酸性增强,并有多灶性出血。肾曲小管呈颗粒样变性。所观察脏器中,以脑组织所受损伤最重,其次是肝、心、肾。
The brain,heart,liver and kidney of 12 normal rabbits are indirectly irradiated by 10,12,15,20 W laser beam.Specimens for investigation are collected from the 4 kinds of organs.The results show,by 10 W,all of them,except the vague stripe and slightly cloudy swelling of the cardiac muscle and liver cells,are not affected; by 12 W,arachnoid hyperemia,hydrops of brain tissues,cloudy swelling,vague stripe and vacuolation of the cardiac muscles,cloudy swelling,uneven distribution of liver cells,narrowing and disappearing of hepatic sinuses and cloudy swelling of epithelial cells of proximal convoluted tubules are observed; serious damage in all organs occurs by 15,20 W,congested arachnoid membrane,infiltration of lymphocytes,some broken brain tissues,nerve and colloidal cells degenerate,structureless or disappearing of some colloidal cell cytoplasm and nuclei,increased blood vessels,dot-like bleeding,serous effusion,neutrophil and acidophils infiltration colloidal cell proliferation in the intercellular tissues of brains are seen,cloudy swelling,pyknotic,wave-like and stripless of myocardia cells appear.Some heart muscle fibers are broken.In the intercellular tissues of heart there is vasodilatation and hyperemia.Locally coagulated necrotic acidophilic pyknotic nuclei and dot-like bleeding zones are founded in the livers.The hepatic sinuses become narrow,disappeared or dull.The urinife-rous convoluted tubules granule-like degeneration present.The changes of glomeruli and intercellular tissues in kidney are unobserved.
