摘要
分析了电力系统发生振荡、功率摆动时电气量变化的特点;指出了现有各种解列方法存在的问题;提出了利用测量三相电流变化量的幅值和频率来检测系统振荡及功率摆动的新判据,并按此判据设计出自动解列装置,通过了模拟实验,已投入现场试运行。
The characteristics of electrical quantities during power swing is analysed.Someproblems existing in presently used power system separation method is revealed.A new criterion. which detects power swing by measuring the amplitude and frequency of the deviation of 30---phasecurrent,is presented.A new power system separation device is developed.Simulation test andoperation experience shows that the presented method is correct and more effective than the oldones.
