摘要
该软件包能对电力电量和负荷进行短、中、长期预测决策,所建优选组合预测模型具有较强的自适应性和较高的预测精度,提高了电力预测的工作效率,为电网规划、用电管理和经济调度提供了参考。
For the practical needs of load management, we have studied the general software package for power demand forecasting system. The system can make short-term, mid-term and long-term load forecasting. The optimization combination forecast model has better self adaptability and higher forecast accuracy.
