摘要
以钛涂层317L接骨板为实验材料,用317L接骨板作对照,通过犬动物实验进行组织相容性组织学观察。肉眼观察结果表明,实验组钛涂层317L接骨板同软组织之间呈现一种生物性融合,对照组317L接骨板同软组织之间仅表现为一种简单贴合。光镜观察结果显示,实验组术后炎性反应轻微,对照组术后炎性反应较重。结果表明,钛涂层317L接骨板组织相容性明显好于317L接骨板。
The
First Military Medical University Histological observation of tissue compatibility was made with
animal experiments,in which titanium- coated steel 317L plate was used in experimental group
and steel 317L plate in control group.Macroscopicobservation showed a kind of biological
integration between the titanium-coated steel 317L plate and softtissue,while only a simple
contact was seen between the steel 317L plate and soft tissue in the controlgroup.The results
of light microscopic observation manifestec less inflammatory reaction postoperativelyin the
experimental group and more severe inflammatory reaction in the control group. The
differences ofresults between the two groups demonstrated that the tissue compatibility of
titanium- coated steel 317Lplate was better than that of 317L plate.
