摘要
甘肃省石羊河流域位于西北内陆干旱区，水资源勘查程度和开发利用程度很高，目前水资源产生危机和环境劣化。本研究利用费用效益分析、投入产出分析，系统动力学仿真模拟等方法，对流域水资源与环境经济进行了综合规划。提出了解决流域水资源危机的基本途径和有关政策建议。
Abstract Shiyanghe、valley is located in the dry inland area in northwest China，where the extent of exploitation and exploration of water resource is very high．But now it is suffering from enviroment deterioration and water crisis.
