摘要
政府间气候变化专门委员会（ＩＰＣＣ）是为气候变化框架公约提供科学和技术评价的机构，下设负责气候和温室气体、影响和对策、社会和经济问题三个工作组。它的第一次评价报告完成于１９９０年，修订于１９９２年。为了于１９９５年９月完成它的第二次评价报告，ＩＰＣＣ组织了世界各国２００多名各领域的科学家（１３名来自中国）分５０多个章节撰写，于１９９５年３月完成了ＩＰＣＣ第二次评价报告的第三稿。本文浓缩介绍了ＩＰＣＣ第二工作组Ｄ组关于“农业的影响和适应对策”一章的关键内容，它反映了全球以及中国在这一领域研究的最新进展。
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) was established in 1988 toassess the professional literature related to climate change and to privide scientific advicerelated to the negotiation and implementation of the United Nations Framework Conven-tion on Climate Change. The IPCC has three working groups to assess the functioning ofthe climate system,the potential impacts,adaptation and mitigation measures,and the e-conomic implications of climate change,respectively. To date,the IPCC has produced the1990 Assessment Report and a 1992 Supplement.Currently,the process is underway toprepare the Second Assessment Report(SAR),scheduled for completion in late 1995.Hundreds of scientists,13 of them from China,as lead authors are making contributionsin the process. This paper briefly introduce the main contents of Chapter II.13 Agricul-ture Impacts and Adaptation based on the draft version in march 1995,from which we canunderstand the newest progress in this area both the World and China.
