铁棒锤(Aconitum szechenyianum Gay)又名铁牛七、黑草乌。用于消炎止痛、祛风除湿,治疗风湿性关节炎及疮痈肿毒等。与铁棒锤同名的植物有雪上一枝蒿(A.pendulumBush)、伏毛铁棒锤(A.flavum Hand-Maii),此二者成分已有报道,前者主要含乌头碱,
Five constituents were isolated from Aconitum szechenyianum Gay. The structures of these compounds were identified as β-sitosterol (Ⅰ), aconitine(Ⅱ), 3-acetylaconitine (Ⅲ), songorine(Ⅳ) and a new compound whose structure was elucidated to be szechenyine (Ⅴ) on the basis of UV, IR,~1HNMR,·^(13)CNMR and Mass spectra.
