摘要
在广西那坡县并殖吸虫流行区,从采集的弯肢溪蟹中发现异盘并殖吸虫囊蚴感染率达98.50%(197/200),平均含囊蚴数——每蟹、每克分别是129.23个、4.61个。有一只47克重雄蟹含囊蚴6653个,为目前最高纪录。按疫区等级划分,属超高度并殖吸虫疫源地。经统计学分析,两性溪蟹的感染度(每蟹含囊蚴数)随体重的增加而呈上升趋势,有显著差异(P<0.05),而感染率、每克含囊蚴数均与体重、性别无明显关系(P>0.05)。囊蚴在蟹体的分布,以鳃叶最多(32.44%),其余依次是头胸肌(24.43%)、步足(25.22%)、螯肢(7.22%)、内脏(6.45%)、肝(2.48%)和腹部(0.76%)。上述各部位的感染率依次是:100%、97.97%、94.92%、83.76%、85.28%、70.56%和44.67%
An investigation of Potamon flexum Collected from an endemic area of Paragonimus het-erotremus in Napo County revealed that the metacercariae infection rate was as high as 98. 50%(197/200),with an average of 129.23 per crab weighing 47g contained as many as 6 653 metacercariae, which was thehighet record so far. According to the criteria of intensity of infection,the area would be considered as super-endemic. Statistical analysis showed that the intensity of infection(number of metacercariae per crab)wereincreased in both sexes with the increase of the body weight of the crabs(P<O.05),while the infection rateand number of metacercariae per gram body weight were not related to the body weight and sex of the crabs(P>0.05).As for the distribution of metacercariae in the body of crabs,the gills had the highest percentage(32. 44%),and in order from high to low they were cephalo-thorax muscle(25. 40%),legs(25. 20%),claw(7.32/),viscern(6. 48%),liver(2. 49%)and abdomen(0. 77%). The infection rates of the aforesaid vari-ous body parts were 100%,97. 97%,94. 92%,83. 76/,85. 28%,70. 56%and 44. 67%respectively.
