摘要
１９９０年，受卫生部的委托，负责编制地方性氟骨症临床分度诊断的国家标准。经过文献复习，扩大临床验证，广泛征求全国专家意见，最后提出了以Ｘ线摄片作为主要诊断依据；以功能状态和体征作为主要分类指标的三度诊断标准。１９９４年已批准上报。
Entrusted by the NationaI Health Minitrv in1990, the authors atarted to draw up the nationalstaiidard of clinlcd,l gradation diagnosis of endemic skeletal fluorosis。 After studing reference literature,expending Lreliriical experiences and soliciting opinions from specialist:all over the country. The authors put for-ward this three-degree gradation diagnosis standard which takes X一ray photographies as diagnosis basis,functional status as classification index. It was approved to be reported in 1994.
