摘要
采用烧结镀银法对熔融织构YBCO高温超导体进行了镀银防护层研究,利用SEM观察了银镀层及其与YBCO超导体的结合情况;对镀银YBCO超导体进行了湿热试验;并用振动样品磁强计对YBCO超导体及其镀银和湿热试验后的样品进行了进测量,根据Bean模型计算了这些作品的临界电流密度。考察了银防护层对YBCO超导电性的影响及其对YBCO超导体的防护作用。
The silver coating that was painted and sintered on the melt-textured YBCO was studied. The connection of silver layer and YBCO superoonductor was observed by SEM. The silver coatings on the YBCO superconductor were tested under the wet and hot condition. After the test, the magnetic hysteresis loops were measred by VSM and the critical current density of the samples was calculated by Bean's model. Influence of the silver coating on the superconductivities and the protection results were studied.
