摘要
本文对固相氯化法(下简称固相法)与水相悬浮法(下简称水相法)制备CPE的工艺、产品性能、设备的使用情况等方面进行比较。比较结果表明,固相法工艺简单,设备投资省、使用寿命大幅度提高,无三废、见效快,所得CPE性能与水相法相当,是一种简单、经济、有效的制备CPE的方法。
This paper compared with the technology,performances and usable equipmant of CPE prepared by chlorinating PE suspended in H2O(water-state method)and chlorinating PE in solid(solid-state method).The result showed that the solid-state method is simple and convenient,the investment of the equipmant is economical and the lifetime of the equipmant is permanent.It is no pollution for environment.The properties of CPE is the same as that of water-state mathod.It is a kind of economical and effective method.
