提高碳丙脱碳装置气体净化度的途径

摘要 本文从碳酸丙烯酯脱除CO_2的原理出发,较详细地讨论了各工艺操作参数:压力、温度、贫液再生度、富液饱和度等对气体净化度的影响,指出提高吸收压力及贫液再生度,降低溶液温度及富液饱和度,都可有效地提高气体的净化度。 Proceeding from the principle of CO2 removal by propylene carbonate, the paper deals in detail with the influences of process operating parameters such as pressure, temperature, regeneration of lean solution and saturation of rich solution on the gas purification, pointing out that increase in absorption pressure and regeneration of lean solution as well as decrease in solution temperature and saturation of rich solution may elevate the gas purification degree effectively.
