摘要
15名西安地区乙脑患者,平均年龄3岁.在患者志愿接受鼠源性MCAb治疗,以及McAb制剂严格按照质控标准制备的前提下,静脉一次给予5mg鼠源性乙脑McAb。于给药后当时、第3天、第7天、第10天及第14天分别来血,测其MCAb浓度和有无抗鼠IgG抗体产生。结果显示给药后当时血中McAb浓度为1μg/ml,血中浓度半衰期为4天;到第10天体内McAb为0.01μg/ml。15例患者中有2例在第7天产生抗抗体,1例在第10天,1例在第14天测到抗抗体.其余11例在第14天仍未测到抗抗体产生。
Japanese encephalihs patientS'blood were collected at the 3rd hour, 3rd day,7th day,10thday,and 14th day after receiving 5 mg of JEV McAb by i,v. The murine McAb IgG was purified andqualified according to the standard of quality control for the use of murine McAb in human body issued by the Ministry of Health.We obtained a curve in which JEV--McAb concentration in blood was1μg/ ml at 3rd hour,0.7μg/ ml at 3rd day,0.15 μg/ ml at 7th day after administration of theMcAb,and it was found the half-life of JEV-McAb in blood was 4 days. Another result showed thatanh- McAb antibody could be detected by ELISA in 4 patients while the others were negative.
