摘要
本文介绍了用7函数简化的铂电阻温度计分度方法和实验装置,在63.15K至273.15K温度范围内对铂电阻进行温度分度,共精度可优于0.05K。
It is discussed how to calibrate a platinum resistanee thermometer by means ofZ function in the range of 63.15K-273.15K,and the experimental facilities. The accurary is better than 0.05 K.
