摘要
提出了大型注水系统的一套完整的建模和计算方法,用系统辨识、多层曲线拟合和机理分析相结合的方法建立了大型注水系统的模型。为了解这种巨型多源多汇系统,提出了注水系统压力分布中的压力谷的新概念,并按压力谷分布将整个注水系统分解为一系列子系统,然后应用大系统理论中的关联平衡法进行迭代,由于压力谷之间耦合较弱,我们给出了一种非常简单的迭代算法,这种算法收敛速度快,计算精度高,上述算法已编成软件,可以按配注方案计算备注水站启泵台数及运行压力,能显著减少配注误差和注水能耗。
A new method for the modelling, the calculation and the flow control of large scale water injection systems is presented, a properly simplified and accurate mathematical model of the system is established by using system identification, multi-stage curve fitting and analytical method, a new concept of 'pressure valley' in hydrodynamic systems is first presented. A new method is given for calculating the dynamic behaviour including flow and pressure distribution of water injection systems: The system is divided into a series of subsystems according to pressure valley, then iterative algorithm of large scale system theory is employed to calculate the system. A software package is programmed based on the method above. Application of the software package can reduce the error of practical injection rate, design injection rate, and considerably reduce electric power consumption.
