摘要
麻醉大鼠结扎LAD(LeftAnteriorDecending)引起急性心肌梗死,在LAD结扎后5小时取血测定CPK、FFA及PGI-2、TXA-2;,并作心肌NB-T染色测量心肌梗死面积。结果显示健心康具有抑制LAD结扎后血清CPK、FFA升高,增加血浆中PGI-2/TXA-2比值,缩小心肌梗死面积的作用。
In the model of myocardial infarction produced by occlusion of left anterior decending coronary artery (LAD) in rat, JianXinKang reduced myocardial infarct size and decreased serum free fatty acid(FFA) and creatine phosphate kinase(CPK) and increased 6-keto-PGF 1α/TXB-2 ratio.The results indicate that the protective effect of JXK on myocardial infarction may be correlated with the amelioration of FFA metablolic deterioration, and attributed to increasing PGI-2/TXA-2 ratio.
